We have BIG plans to bless families this Christmas, and you can join us!
Over two days, Building Hope and Scranton Road Bible Church will join together for the Christmas Store! Parents can purchase new items at a very low cost for their children.
How can you help?
• Volunteer: there are several opportunities the week of 12/3 and 12/8 for set up and on 12/13-12/14 to run the Store and tear it down – SIGN UP HERE
>>Tuesday, December 3, 10am-1pm: Preliminary Sorting gifts into categories in SRBC Basement
>>Thursday, December 5, 10am-1pm: Preliminary Sorting gifts into categories in SRBC Basement
>>Friday, December 6, 10am-12noon: Begin sorting gifts in gym>>Sunday, December 8 after church: Transfer any gifts from basement up to gym
>> Sunday, December 8, 2-4pm and 4-6pm: Set-up tables and sort gifts in gym
>> Tuesday, December 10, 9:30am-11:30am: Sort and tag gifts in gym
>> Thursday, December 12, 9-11am and 6:30-9pm: Final Set Up>> Friday, December 13, 10am-7pm: Christmas Store – See Sign Up Genius for Timeslots
>> Saturday, December 14, 9am-2:30pm: Christmas Store – See Sign Up Genius for Timeslots
If signing up to help at the Christmas Store, please indicate the area in which you would like to serve in the Comments section: Greeter, Check-In, Shopping Helper, Cashier, Gift Wrapper, Gift Runner, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Set Up for Volunteers, Musician – Questions about any of these roles? • Donate: Purchase the suggested items listed below or any other toy items to help share God’s love and grace with urban families this Christmas:
Baseball gloves and bats, basketballs, soccer balls, sports items from Cleveland teams (hats, T-shirts, pennants, etc.), footballs, Barbies, super heroes, Disney princess, Star Wars, Imaginext, board games, Lego sets, Transformers, dolls of different ethnicities, iPhone accessories, lip balm, fun socks, nail polish, and more.
Note: Please refrain from purchasing toy guns or knives.

Donations can be dropped off now through December 12th at Scranton Road Bible Church, 3095 Scranton Road, Cleveland 44113 – Monday through Thursday, 9am to 2pm. Please contact the church office with any questions regarding drop-off.
